The archive wordlists-20031009-iso.zip contains an ISO-9660 image of the
Openwall wordlists collection CD.
The archive wordlists-20031009-content.zip contains all of the files
from the Openwall wordlists collection CD, with the included
ftp.openwall.com mirror replaced with a newer revision than the one
found on the CD.
You probably only need to download one of the archives, not both.
As a bonus, pwgen-tty.gz contains 44 million passwords that appeared
3 or more times in a sample of 1 billion of "pronounceable" passwords
generated by pwgen version 2.06 with default settings for output to a
tty. Testing it against a separate list of 1 million of passwords
generated in a similar fashion cracked over 21% of them. For more
information on the weakness of this kind of passwords, see:
http://www.openwall.com/lists/oss-security/2012/01/17/5

Similarly, pwgen-nontty.gz contains 45.5 million passwords that appeared
3 or more times in a sample of 1 billion of "pronounceable" passwords
generated by pwgen version 2.06 with default settings for output to a
non-tty (which may happen e.g. when invoked from a script). Testing it
against a separate list of 1 million of passwords generated in a similar
fashion cracked over 75.8% of them.
The pwgen lists are sorted for decreasing number of occurrences in the
1 billion samples. For example, top 10,000 passwords from the non-tty
list cracked 0.8% in the 1 million test set, top 100,000 cracked 6.1%,
top 1 million cracked 26.8%, and top 10 million cracked 53.4%.
